History has shown that for me I have highest ROI at double ups, followed by 50/50, with H2H lagging a fair amount behind.  I always stick the largest possible single entry contests.

2 dollar double ups, the larger the better

Typically 50/50's with 100 players is where I have had the most success

Double-ups, generally the $2 and $5 levels.  Bigger the better.

I play 4 cash games a week, 3 $2 50/50 100 players and 1 $2 quintuple up
