How do you like your bench players (1 Viewer)

I was just mocking and when I got to the 10th round, I had my starters complete

QB - Dak Prescott
RB - Chase Brown
RB - Jonathan Taylor
WR - Ja'Marr Chase
WR - Xavier Worthy
WR - Courtland Sutton
FL - Tony Pollard
FL - Jerry Jeudy

This isn't a rate my team thing. Was wondering how people prefer to fill out their bench, in terms of amounts of players? Let's assume the bench is 10 spots.
And this isn't a which type of player you prefer either. We all like either proven guys or fun dart throws, some like handcuffs, etc. This is strictly amounts of position players.
6 RB/4 WR, 5 RB/5 WR, 1 QB/4 RB/4 WR/1 TE

I found myself grabbing RB after RB, until my bench was 9 RB's and Keenan Allen.

I like one QB2, RB3, WR4 on tap and then best available players for the flex position. It doesn’t hurt to target players that seem more likely to perform well late in the season. 2nd year starting WRs come to mind as they may still be getting up to speed in the NFL.

Depends.

Have a bell cow RB? I handcuff.

Hold 1-2 high upside RBs should the starter go down. You can get a league winner instead of a meaningless RB5.

And of course a couple WRs who have either flashed and/or get targets but generally hold less WRs than peers.

Roster only 1 Def and K.

I appreciate the responses, but they aren't really what I was asking. Let me try again, and exaggerate to make my point. Let's say I happened to draft all my expected weekly starters in the first 9 rounds. So now I'm just filling out my bench with the remaining 10 picks (one of the picks will be a D). If I said I would take 11 D's from rounds 10 thru 20, people would say I'm crazy, and they would be right. But what if I thought the best 10 dart throws were all QB's? I'd still be insane, right? Of course I would. Only using numbers and positions, how many of each position seems reasonable? For example:

1 QB - or maybe 0, if you drafted a stud
4 RB
4 WR
1 TE - or maybe 0 if you drafted a stud

Kinda like what I typed above. That's what I wanted to see. Feel free to add commentary about who you like on your bench (rookies vs vets, etc.) but the numbers at each position was what I was aiming for. You can even do min-max if you want.

I have for years liked the idea of having a bunch of injury-away RBs. It's not like ever year is a bountiful harvest of fantasy goodness out of that strategy. It's mostly luck which seems to be totally random.

This year there's a handful of binky WRs that I think have a crack at WR3 value which would be useful too so I have been taking a few shots on those. If Mimms/ Horton are washouts, I'll survive. like @Wrigley, I tend to churn my bench. In my home league, I typically have nearly double the number of transactions of the other league members.

In 1QB, never take more than 2 total. Often do take but only if one of my binkies falls.
In 1TE, never take more than 2 total. Often do take 2 but only if one of my binkies falls.

I have never taken more than one D or K

The rest of my roster will be much more skewed RB but don't mind having 2 more WRs than I can start.

My home league (18 round draft) will be:

QB RB RB WR WR TE Flex Flex DE K

Because it's full PPR, typically target 4 WRs to start. better lineup that way, usually.
that leaves 8 bench spots which will usually be at least 4 RBs, 2-3 WRs and probably an extra QB and TE but those are maybe.
