I'd say the fact they traded away RB depth (Cobbs to PIT) speaks volumes about his health. My guess is he will play in opener.

With the coach in N.E. you never know as he likes to not disclose any injury information other then to list players as"questionable". The Pats have depth with guys like Evans, Faulk, so rush on Maroney if he is not 100 percent.

Exactly. Corey Dillon owners from last year and Branch owners from two years ago were pulling their hair out, wondering if these guys were going to play or not week in and week out.
