Here's an example of what I mean.
I'm looking at selecting a TE when its my turn in 3 more picks. Heap is on the board. Good chance of being there. I like him a lot. But the Ravens had a hell of a season in 2006. The club might slip a bit. On the other hand, Chris Cooley is also on the board. The Redskins had everything fall apart in 2006. But they are expected to rebound in 2007. Some like them for a playoff spot. And if they do rise, Cooley probably has a big stake in that and does well.
So now I'm thinking "let's pass on Heap this round. Cooley may be there next round."
