Surprisingly Burrow was dropped and my QB is Fields so I would like to put in a bid for him incase he can get healthy at some point this season. I've never really seen a top tier qb on waivers and not even sure what kind of bid I should be throwing at him. Thoughts?

Since you have Fields you are in a spot where Burrow could really help since Fields seems to be regressing so I would go high. How high depends on how your league spends while also checking who needs QB's and how much money they have.
