In a 10 team PPR League how much of a $1000 budget would you spend on Smallwood?

It all depends on your needs and if he will be a starter or bench player. No more than $200 if you need him and no more than $100 if you he is just a bench stash.

I don't think he will be the long term solution so I wouldn't go that high.  Maybe 5-10% but probably on the lesser side of that depending on my needs.

And now with the Mccoy trade talk I wouldn't even go that high unless you wanted to play him this week and understand he could be back on the bench going forward.
