I'm trying to decide whether I should play Grossman this week. He has a decent matchup and my backup is Pennington with a tougher match-up. All things equal, I'd play Grossman in this scenario in a heartbeat. But I just can't help but wonder how much Grossman will play this weekend. It's a no-brainer that he will NOT sit because he needs the work going into the playoffs. Just a couple weeks ago he was on the verge of losing the starting job. Smith would be an idiot if he rested him these last two weeks.I don't want to play him if he's only going to be playing 1/2 the game.
Anyone have an insight into how much he'll be out there this weekend?
