I can;t seem to find a straight answer on when this new wage for professional and/or administrative exemptions to the FLSA. Does anybody have any insight on this. Both on when it goes into affect and the salary level. I think $50,440 was the proposed level but have heard also as low as $47,000. I read somewhere that if it didn't get put forward by today then it may slide to next year. Anyone know anything helpful?
