Here's the dress code at one of Hulk Hogan's restaurants.

The notice outside the Tampa establishment insists that 'no exceptions' will be made regarding the strict dress code.
The list includes 'no plain white or oversized T-shirts extending past the mid thigh,' 'no excessively baggy attire', 'no low hanging pants or shorts' and 'no do-rags, skull caps or bandanas'.
'Oversized' or 'excessive' jewelry is also barred, as is, curiously, all workout clothing.
An employee at the restaurant told TMZ that customers are allowed to wear 'just about anything' for lunch or dinner, but that the dress code is enforced during concerts.
Apparently when the website asked the source about the 'oversized jewelry' ban, he allegedly answered: 'I don't want to sound stereotypical...' before trailing off.
The website also spoke with Hogan, who said he merely licenses his name to the restaurant and was unaware of the dress code, but would 'look into it.'

I don't see the problem. It's not the person wearing it, it's what they're wearing.

This has to do with thug type behavior that happens in these establishments. It could be either white, Latino, or black, or even Asian. If you are a black dude and you show up wearing jeans and a regular shirt, there is no issue right? I can tell you this...if they have enough bad incidents, they will lose their liquor license.
