Hulk Hogan (1 Viewer)

It doesn't surprise me that the "former" editor didn't go out of his way to say all the right things. Must be some bad blood in the room there and he really didn't have a lot on the line personally there compared to his former boss.  There are probably a lot of people who would pay a dollar to stick it to a former employer if every dollar they spent cost their employer 10,000.
I'm not sure how much bad blood is there.  They said Denton was an investor in ratter.com, the site AJ Daulerio is running now.  I do however remember a big fallout at Gawker when they chose not to run some politician gay outting story.  A bunch of the staff left, but I'm not sure if AJ was already gone.

Fixed.

BTW, quote at the end of that article:

“Bottom line — with its quasi-journalistic reportage, Gawker is pushing the envelope of newsworthiness and one day, whether it is Hulk Hogan or David Geithner or someone else, that defense won’t hold up and a plaintiff will prevail against it,” notes University of Florida Professor Clay Calvert, an oft-quoted source on this blog.
