So, do you ride his hot hand or play the match up? Most likely you already have a highly rated #1/#2 as well.

"What are you prepared to do? - Malone, The Untouchables.

I follow the Redskins pretty closely. Through 4 preseans games and last week's game against Dallas, the Redskins have not been able to stop the run at all. Dallas averaged 4.7 yards per carrie with no big ones. They consistently gained yards.

If Houston is dedicated to running the ball, Foster will have a big day. I have no idea why Dallas was not dedicated to running the ball.

If you watched Sunday NFL Matchup with Jaws, Sal Pal, and Merril Hoge, you would see that Foster, in the last two games of last year, had tremendous success against two 3-4 defenses.

The Redskins play a 3-4 defense. Start Foster.

Starting Rice & Foster over Benson.

(16 team auction dynasty; Benson and Rice acquired preseason 2008, Foster pre-season 2009)

Yea Dallas appeared to just be gutting the Redskins with the run but weren't really able to sustain a drive. The Redskins pass d seems pretty solid, roll with Foster until he gives you a real reason not to. Imagine you left him on the bench last week, that would have been brutal.

Have to pick two between Gore, Charles, and Foster. Currently have Gore on the bench, he may not be used as much if SF fall behind early. After seeing Dallas run on Washington I can't come up with any reason to bench Foster.

The only two people who I would conisder starting Foster for at this point are Chris Johnson and Adrian Peterson...That may change, but you have to ride the hot hand.

I have turner and Williams. FBG has them above foster. I'm gonna sit Williams. He'll probably blow up this week.

He was on my bench, but thank God for Peyton, Nicks, Roddy, and Best (and for this being an 8 team league!), otherwise it would have been one helluva long week!

mcfadden over foster

i'm expecting houston to get the passing game back on track. foster may get yards, but i wonder about TDs. mcfadden, on the other hand, seems to have a much higher ceiling this week (which is what i need).

In my dynasty league, starting Foster, AP, and Turner over Moreno and Portis (and some WR's who I could have flexed out - Nicks, Harvin, and Boldin).

The only tough choice was whether or not to start Nicks. I opted to go with Fitz, Jennings, and Marshall... I think I might regret it, but oh well.
