First posting of the season so here goes...........

Our league gives 5 bonus points for TDs over 40 yards in length. So, appparently the Minnesota defense was only given a 28 yard return because the moron fumbled the ball. This is what the nfl has ruled and since our league website goes by what the nfl says, I don't get those bonus points even though the team DEFENSE returned the ball 50 yards!!!

I wouldn't be so bitter, but by not getting those points, I lost this weekend. Has anyone else run into this problem? Our commissioner won't change anything unless the nfl does.

I hate that.I think this has grounds for a thread, as your not simply saying "Tom Brady threw 6 TDs! I can't believe it!" but you're making a valid point. You just presented it wrong. Rather than coming in and venting, approach it with "What do you guys think should be done in this situation?" type thing. IMO, the team defense did return it 50 yards regardless of if there was a break in the 50 yards. The team as a whole still did it though, and you should get those points.
