This draft has surely added talent that the Bears lacked last season. They have a great kick return tandem, another good pass rush DT, another good pass rush DE, a good run blocker FB, a strong side LB that will challenge Hunter, and possibly a plus range free safety in Manning. I was surprised by their picks early but now I think they really helped their team.
Dvorcek fits the Lovie/Rivera defense better than Scott or Boone and will be expected to replace them ASAP. Anderson will provide a better pass rush backup than Haynes or Inoijie ever have. Runnels is a strong run blocker that will really help at the goalline and Williams should be a better SLB than Hunter.
They decided to fill holes on their defense so that they have the best defense in the league. Their offense will improve greatly. Grossman + Griese will result in good passing and we know about the good rushing. A #1 defense and a top teen offense can win a super bowl. That is why they filled their defensive holes.
