I took the teams that didn't win the divisional poll and included all the teams that got at least 10% of the vote.

North

Pittsburgh Steelers 62.41%

South

Indianapolis Colts 65.96%

Houston Texans 29.79%

Jacksonvillle Jaguars 2.13%

Shouldn't we be able to vote for two teams?
I'll take the top two vote getters and put them in then we'll have all 6 AFC and NFC teams. We'll then have a poll with those teams and the team with the most votes in each conference will get to the Super Bowl. Then we'll have one more poll with the top team from each conference. That will give us the Super Bowl pick.
