i need help making 1 million dollars (1 Viewer)

First, start with $10 million. Start day trading in NASDEQ. In 2 weeks, you'll have $1 million.

ETA: My plan is to write a shallow best-seller on how to catch a sugar mama, not necessarily score one for myself. Then again, I'm 50. Older women are looking better and better these days.

I have a weather changing machine that is, in essence, a sophisticated heat beam which we called a "laser." Using these "lasers," we punch a hole in the protective layer around the Earth, which we scientists call the "Ozone Layer." Slowly but surely, ultraviolet rays would pour in, increasing the risk of skin cancer. That is unless the world pays us a hefty ransom.

 
If you're not happy now a million dollars won't make any difference.

Honestly, over time investing in rental real estate, buying on leveraged money, can get a regular working Joe there.

 
First get some money.

Ok, now take that money and invest it in some real estate. Now wait a little and sell that for a tidy profit.

Now you're really cookin'. Now take that money and invest it in some short term options and puts in commodity futures at the Chicago Board of Trade. Cattle and beets work best.

Now that take that and buy an oil well. Hit oil.

Wait.

Million dollars, easy.

Secure a mortgage to buy a large home in the city. Go full slum lord and partition the thing into like 8 small rooms. Convert the garage into 2 extra rooms. Rent each room out for about $500-$600. Maybe a big room for $1000. You will be pulling in around $7000 per month. The mortgage might be $2000 per month. This house is pulling in maybe $50k per year. Expand your slum lord empire to 3-4 homes. After 5-7 years, evict everyone, sell all the homes. The cash from the sales plus the money you earned charging rent will get you to a million. Retire.
