I only have 2 WR's left: Help me make a move! (1 Viewer)

Through a series of major injuries and shortsighted waiver moves, my WR room is in enormous trouble. 12 man, 0.5 PPR , QB/RB/RB/WR/WR/TE/WR or TE or RB/D:
  • Daniels
  • AJ Brown, Davante Adams, Aiyuk
  • JT, Achane, Robinson Jr, Chase Brown, Allgeier, Braelon Allen, Goodson, Sean Tucker
  • Pitts, Hockenson
  • Broncos

  1. I was thinking of offering Chase Brown to the Olave owner. Would this be a good move?
  2. Alternatively one owner is offering Amari Cooper OR Chris Godwin for Achane. Would you make either of these moves? Achane is still RB1A and Tua is finally back next week by all accounts.
As far as the WW goes, there's not a ton of great options. Jeudy, Lazard, Jennings, Coleman, Wicks, Douglas, Michael Wilson, etc. I am thinking of dropping Aiyuk (Once confirmed season long injury), Goodson and Allen for some WR help.

Any suggestions fellas!?!

I mean you only have to start two WR's so it's not as dire as it appears. You have a solid two starters. I don't mind the Achane for Godwin move but not sure it's necessary. Just play waiver wire roulette and see if you can mine some WR depth.

Fair, but having zero depth worries the heck out of me. Also having 8 RBs was so dumb of me.

Atm I have claims in for Wicks and Jennings, I'll maybe try for Jeudy or Pearsall too.

I'm going to say "yes" for now but I reserve the right to change my mind later. Some of this might be wish casting as I own shares of Coleman/Jennings but I do think Jennings will be able to fill in in SF fine, he's my #1 this week. Browns O could be better after Watson but I'm not sold yet. I think Lazard will be a solid, if unspectacular, contributor. You could easily argue that last week was an anomaly and Coleman won't boom like, and that's probably accurate but I think he's nice depth. Was hoping Douglas would be great when the Pats switch but last week was a let down...I still have hope though.

I like Wicks but that 0 is so...you just don't know who is going to go off.

I like Slayton but that QB play makes him unreliable.

I think I might go something like

  • Jennings
  • Lazard
  • Coleman
  • Wicks
  • Douglas
  • Wilson
  • Atwell
  • Johntson
  • Davis
  • Robinson
  • Slayton
  • Tucker
  • Legette
  • Jeudy
  • Pearsall

Quick update: I ended up nabbing both of Jennings (44%) and Wicks (4%). I dropped Aiyuk and Goodson to make it happen, so now I am sitting at:

  • Daniels
  • AJ Brown, Davante Adams, Jennings, Wicks
  • JT, Achane, Robinson Jr, Chase Brown, Allgeier, Braelon Allen, Sean Tucker
  • Pitts, Hockenson
  • Broncos
Allen will likely be dropped if he has another 1-3 touch game with no production. Tucker I am intrigued to see how the Bucs O looks now without their top 2 WRs. Some people are suggesting White might play more slot? Wasn't Tucker himself a WR in college and may do the same?

Why? You aren't rostering him for what he is doing with Hall around. You roster him for what happens if Hall goes away. If that is your criteria for dropping then drop him now. But I wouldn't drop him as he is a high value cuff and if Hall goes down he would be a top 10-ish RB the rest of the year. You can't find that on waivers.

Very fair and I do agree with you. That's why I have TA as well, but at least he has some stand alone value these days (I have always thought they are the best two handcuffs in fantasy).

I just like being active on the WW and besides maybe Wicks and Tucker, I think the rest are locks to keep.
