When someone gets a sack does it scored as a sack and a tackle or just a sack?

For example if you get 4 points for a sack and 2 points for a tackle will someone get 6 points when they get a sack or 4 points?

It scores as a sack and a tackle both because a player gets credited for a tackle on the play.
