IF (big "IF") LJ is still holding out when the season starts (1 Viewer)

They are not going with Bennett. He's the RB version of Stallworth with constant hamstring injuries.

To answer the question, I would take Bennett in the 12th round of a 12 team league.

I would suggest taking Kolby Smith however, probably around the same time.

I think that Bennett will get the most carries but it will likely be a RBBC. Of course Bennett might not hold up with more than 175 carries but you never know. He is listed as LJ's back-up.I do think this deal gets done and this is a non issue come week 1.

Round 15 and later as of today...........if your draft is later and LJ is still unsigned then he'd creep up my board slightly. I still don't believe LJ is going to miss any playing time so for me, drafting Bennett in the 12th is a wasted pick, where you can still get a top 5 D in the 12th or a top kicker rather than a wasted pick.

Would it be RBBC if LJ goes down or would someone take the majority of carries?

Also forgotten is the fact that Herman Edwads loves Michael Bennett and has already said he will be more involved in the offense this year to keep LJ fresh and healthy.
