Not a chance they trot him out there. Not only is home field in the WS on the line, but I don't want some disgruntled ex-employee in charge of whether or not to keep Saito in there for 200 pitches.

He would be a coach, not the manager, so I'd doubt he'd have anything other than a good view of the game let alone any decision making authority.
