Oakland/Cincinnati/Tennesse/NYJ for me.
Oakland because it's Oakland.
I've been to Cincinnati and it's
, plus the franchise will always be a wreck.
Nashville is okay but I wouldn't want to live there. Same with New York.

I should have had an "other" option for these since I would play for any team in the AFC south.

I was just coming on here to ask why anyone would vote for the Bills and I saw your post. Why would you have them on top of your list? We're an up and coming team with a great core of young players. And probably some of the best fans in the league.Is it the cold weather? The snow?

Old stadium. A small market team that spends like it. Cold weather. Honestly, as a player you have the choice to play in Buffalo, and you're telling me that you'd choose that over NYC, Miami or NE? I don't buy it.

Agree. It was tough to pick one of those 4, so I went with the sweltering gulf heat/humidity and poor fan base of Jacksonville. Cincy for the ownership and cold. Buffalo cause I couldn't survive in that kind of winter lake effect. Denver 'cause I'm a Raider homer. It's close between Denver and K.C. but San Diego is out of the running. The city is too awesome. Probably 2nd only to Seattle as far as western cities.

The Clippers reached the playoffs a couple of times in recent years. They're still the Clippers. In the post-Kelly era we've seen the team's resurgence following a rebuild two prior times (not including the present time). It's never gotten very far or been sustained. I liked what Levy was doing, but now he's gone. What hand on the wheel there should inspire my confidence that this is different this time?Yeah.Wow, we're getting crushed in the AFC East.

Had a hard time deciding that bracket. Picked Tennessee only because of relative isolation from anything else.Took the Jets because of a tradition of sucktitude and the location (NY is a nasty city), but I can see a strong argument for Buffal
akland was easy...just a mess there in almost every way, although KC is an easy second choice.Took Cleveland in the last, although my dislike of Cincinati is close behind. I dislike the city of Pittsburgh on an equal level, but they have a great tradition, a good team, and terrific fans, making them a distant third in this race.

AFC South is by far the toughest one to answer here. Houston seems like an obvious choice at first glance, but the Jax fans are on par with Atlanta for not supporting their team, and while I like Jeff Fischer I'm not a particular fan of the organization as a whole in TN.

Raiders - I prefer not to have Darth Vader and Vatos Loco cheering me on
Tennessee - was a tough call, but I made it based on team ownership (the proximity to the J.D. and Makers Mark distilleries made it a tough call)
Baltimore - seriously, its Baltimore people.
Buffalo - I've been there, great fans, and......ummm......yeah, great fans, thats about it.

Three obvious choices other than in the AFC South. I considered Houston, but it's perhaps the nicest city of the bunch. Tennessee is nothing special, but it would be cool to play under a genius like Fisher.
Jacksonville is a great team, but i'd be afraid of chopping my leg off. They're the choice.

Oakland. most covered why but add that i am a Chargers fan.
Cinci. tough call but Balt isnt a bad city and cinci just seems poorly run.
Tennessee. Not sure why other then I am not a VY or LenWhale fan.
New England. Hate this team and a lot of its fans with a passion. Plus they keep beating my Chargers.

Wow. Some serious homerism here. You have to realize that the NFL is a business. For athletes, its not only winning, its money, situation, and where they will be making their home for the next 5-6 years. Look at it this way, how many players actually get to win a championship? There are 32 teams in the league. IF each team gets to win once before any team repeats, it will take 32 years for each team to win it all once. If any team repeats, it will take even longer. That said, you are going against the odds to win a championship, so that wouldn't be my first criteria. If I was a player (FA) and had a choice of where I would want to live for the next 4-5, I would look for a nice place I can call home.But we probably have the most important thing you didn't mention, a good team. OAK - poorly run franchise with little hope of improving until Al moves on.
CIN - another poorly run franchise with a long tradition of losing, and I can't stand the city.
HOU - Tough choice for this division. I don't like the city, but the franchise seems to be making progress.
MIA - Coin flip for me here, BUF and MIA. BUF has more pieces and a great fanbase and some decent tradition, but is a brutal place to live. MIA has the lifestyle, but a terrible team. I went with winning over lifestyle here.
