Thanks Tim. Another illegal kills Americans, in this case cops, and you're still hoping they all get to simply walk across the border. Don't know how you can sleep at night.

if we had a better system for allowing them in, we'd have an easier time keeping the felons out. The vast majority of undocumented are very law abiding once they get here, as study after study has shown. A small percentage of them commit felonies than do the rest of our population. But don't let facts get in the way. It's far easier to rely on anecdotes.
Oh B*******. You keep repeating that BS if it makes you feel better and helps you sleep at night every time an illegal kills an American, or more than one. Why do you hate America?

Pretty simple, actually. Prior to around 1927, we had open and free immigration into this country. (At least, from anywhere except Asia.) You could enter so long as (a) you were tested for diseases and didn't have one that was a public health risk and (b) you produced paperwork from the government or police in your own country that certified that you were not a felon. (These days we wouldn't need the immigrant himself to produce this paperwork; most felons are registered on Interpol or similar programs.) I would absolutely return to this system and open immigration, then tighten the borders so that the only way to get into to this country is through the system. But it would effectively be free and open immigration for any non-felon who wants to come.

Any cap?

Should all nations have that system?
1. Nope.

2. If they were smart, they would.

You didn't answer the question.
I think he did. He said what I and many others have been advocating for decades. Secure the borders. But Tim is only willing to do so if we allow unrestricted immigration. What a d*ck.

How does he propose to secure the borders?

Have you ever known Tim to actually post specific solutions? He prefers to tell others how bad their solutions are and throw out platitudes and vague answers when asked for his own.

You could ask me how I would secure the borders, instead of asking Strike to interpret for me.

Were we to have unrestricted immigration I don't expect the borders will be a problem anymore. But just in case you let the army train on our borders and bivouac troops down there. If you really wanted to stop illegal immigration we could do that right now and it would be very inexpensive. Of course unless we had unrestricted immigration, I don't want to stop illegal immigration.

Anyhow I realize this is just a fantasy . We will never have unrestricted immigration. Just a dream of mine.
