Maybe. I live in Boston, all of my friends are die hard pats fans, none of which have ever called Gillette "the razor". It's certainly not an old one!

Its not necessarily a goodie but it is an oldie. Gillette has been referred to as "The Razor" for a few years now.

I love hearing it referenced to as the Razor. I grew up there and a lot of people refer to it as the Razor. Sounds better than Gillette or Foxboro. Provided they win tonight, I'll be at the Razor next weekend...10th row.

Ok, well again, that's a first. I've never heard of "the razor". I have several buddies who are season ticket holders, I listen to WEEI 8-5 mon-fri and I have never heard of gillette called "the razor". I guess its kind of like people calling Boston beantown. You have folks from Penn who are pats fans that call Gillette "the razor". Oh well, no time for a pissing contest!
