I'm starting _______ over _______ in week 3. (1 Viewer)

2 RB and 2 WR and 1 Flex out of this group: RBrown, CTaylor, RBush, KJones, FWP, Reggie Wayne, Roy Williams and Donte Stallworth. Right now I am going RBrown and KJones at RB, Stallworth and Roy Williams at WR, and Bush at flex. That leaves CTaylor, FWP and Reggie Wayne on the bench.

I am starting Favre over CPep( I know he's been horrible but Ten is garbage)

I am also starting Maroney over Deuce and Reg. Brown

Chad Pennington over Rex Grossman and Alex Smith - I was tempted to put Smith in, but Pennington's been playing rock solid and the Bills could come up flat this week after a big win over Miami. I'm thrilled to have Rex on this squad, but I'm a believer in the new-look Vikings and expect a hard fought, low-scoring game there.

Chester Taylor over Willie Parker - Extremely tough call here. You hate to start any back against Chicago. But until I see Parker get into the groove, I'll take my chances with Chester because I know at the very least he's gonna get mondo touches.

Deion Branch over Steve Smith, Chris Henry, Travis Taylor - Not a major call here, but needless to say I'd gladly put Branch on the bench if Smith can keep his hamstrings in his pants.

Visanthe Shiancoe over Antonio Gates, George Wrightster - Nobody is talking about Shiancoe and maybe that's because everyone expects Shockey to play on Sunday. But Shockey looked awfully gimpy on that ankle last week and the Giants-Seahawks game is bound to turn into a track meet. Depending on how/if Shockey practices this week, I may pick up Wrightster.
What a difference a day makes:Update: Alex Smith over Chad Pennington, Rex Grossman - Coles' health is a concern and after more stewing, I'm thinking Alex Smith is the safest play here.

Update: Willie Parker over Chester Taylor - After deliberating further, Parker's previous success over the Bengals combined with Taylor's poor chances of scoring this week have pushed me toward Parker.

Update: David Martin over Shiancoe, Antonio Gates, George Wrightster - I still have Wrightster on my radar and if Matt Jones is a 'no go' I could be tempted to pick him up and plug him in. Shiancoe will probably see extended time against Seattle, but Martin had 7 targets last week and was able to practice with a sore knee yesterday so it looks like he's good to go against a Lions defense that's been brutal against the TE. I think I'll roll the dice on Martin who seems to be getting more comfortable in Mike McCarthy's offense. (LINK)

Thinking about starting Matt Hasselbeck over Peyton Manning. I know the rule about "never benching your studs", but Hasselbeck is almost stud status as well and has a much better matchup.

Am I crazy?
Why oh why did I not do this?
