Considering Anthony Gonzalez.

Though, the minute I do...Chad has one of those games that make his numbers jump out at you for the year and blows up the scoreboard for those who stuck with him.

Not making the Pro Bowl despite being a top 5 WR should be enough motivation for him to have a pretty solid game against a terrible Browns Pass D (29th yds/G, 32 td/G). He had 209 and 2td's against them in week 2.

Starting him with confidence.

If you have Deion Branch, he will lead all WR's in receptions this week. No other outcome is possible.

starting Bjacobs, FWP, Braylon and marhsll and sitting Chad. The bengals look like a team thats given up and too many other options for Palmer. I just cant afford a bad day from Chad this week.

How come nobody cares that ocho cinco actually means eight five and not eighty-five. Ochenta-y-cinco is 85

Johnson and eveyone else who keeps using this term sound like a bunch of payasos to those of us who speak spanish.

You should call your local congressman, governor and the President and make sure they are aware of this very important issue. This needs to be resolved cause the effects on mankind is worse than global warming or even the possibility of a nuclear war. This must be addressed.

Really???????? I thought it was spanish for Chad Johnson.Maybe because most people have a sense of humor.

I speak Spanish. Ocho Cinco sounds more cool than ocho y cinco and cool is the point in having a nickname.I forgot to mention that I will not bench him this weekend.

Because Ochenta y Cinco sounds stupid and did not fit on his jersey.

I'm starting no one over Ocho Cinco this week.
Im waivering....the Browns D is bad. (better recently, though you cannot take this past week into real consideration).Im just concerned at how Palmer at times does not even look his way.

But I drafted CJ knowing he was a boom or bust play each week...I would hate to have him on the bench for one of his 180 yard and 2 TD performances.

think it through. Ocho usually goes off against the Brownies.

from CBS...

News: Bengals WR Chad Johnson, who ranks third in the AFC and fourth in the NFL with 1,265 rec. yards, has averaged 166 receiving yards a game in his past two contests with Cleveland, including 209 yards and two touchdowns in the last meeting. The two division rivals face off for the second time this season in Week 16.

Analysis: Forget Bengals defenders. The only thing that might stop or slow down Johnson on Sunday will be snowy and windy weather conditions in Cincinnati. There is a 40 percent of the white stuff, so be sure to check the state of things at Paul Brown Stadium before setting your lineup on Sunday. If things look severe, then consider benching Johnson for another WR playing in better weather. If you're strapped at the position, then leave Johnson in and hope for the best. He would be a low-end No. 2 Fantasy WR if all things were equal.

The only reason I'd sit him is due to bad weather.

I have Brandon Marshall, Jones-Drew and Ted Ginn (return yardage league) as my other options. I need to start 2 of the 4 and am still torn....off to the AC forum.

See Ocho Cinco sounds stupid to me..... mostly because that is not his number but also because everyone sounds stupid when they speak incorrectly in spanish to use it.You'd all agree that I'd sound like an idiot constantly referring to Marino as one three or Emmit Smith as two two.

.....and besides, your not suppost to give yourself a nickname - well maybe on a message board, but not in sports.

How could u bench him against the Browns?
I have Wayne, Andre Johnson, Greg Jennings, Braylon Edwards and Chad Johnson in a PPR.Think I'm going with the first 3....
Im talking about in competitive leagues ;) jk buddy
It is competitive it's a 10 team league, I just happened to trade for Braylon after week 1 and Jennings after week 2.Went RB, WR, WR, WR, just got lucky this year.I have a feeling I'm going to lose in the finals cause the 2 I bench will have killer weeks.

I speak fluent Spanish, and I have no problem with it. It is a nickname. Nicknames are supposed to be catchy. Ocho Cinco is much catchier than Ochenta y Cinco, therefore Ocho Cinco is the better nickname. If you want to get on anyone it shoud be Bono with his, "uno, dos, tres, catorce" line, or one, two, three, fourteen in English. I mean Red Grange did not gallop and was not a ghost, but The Galloping Ghost is one of the best nicknames of all time.
