I apologize for reposting and if this topic has been posted in the Shark's pool before-- i am chronically ill and only had time for a short search could not find it specifically addressed here. Anyway...

I am curious if anyone knows of someone or a website that analyzes or ranks Fantasy Football websites. Optimally, literally 100% free FFB sites seperated from pay FFB sites, but i can't be too exclusive.

For example, a site or previous post that has non-biased, impartial pros/cons, grades, or rankings of other FFB sites and their content and information that could be shared here for all to have.

Basically, a way to separate the good, quality sites from the others. That's it.

Thanks for your help or replies.

Just asking now..don't get any sicker.Notice that someone wanted info on a web site called Fantasyology.com which was posted 20 minutes ago and I replied with the info to find the owner of the domain.

Now you posted about free best web sites listings...hmmmm are you related to Adams the owner of Fantasyology.com???? :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: of this just a coincident?

Thanks for the sincere replies to the legitimate fantasy football question I asked in the correct forum.

Very simply and concisely put, just like in my second original post in which I even prefaced with an apology-- "chronically ill" means you are sick......forever. Until you die.

As far as the other "Adams" guy and the fantasy site, I can only apologize and say sorry that you got two guys with a screen name with "Adams" posted near the same time, and may have mistaken me for a shady businessman perhaps, because I do not post much? Just logically assuming like you did. :lmao:

All this from a simple(?) post and now I have to take an extra Vicodin for my back. Cheers to anyone who takes those bastards! :P It is "Fantasy" football, right?

Take care fellas, I'll look the sites up as soon as I can. Thanks again. Oh, there is some sarcasm in this post if anyone takes it too seriously....

I understand you want free information and this board is great for it but for the three year subscription to this site is worth every penny and it is a lot cheaper than other sites. I was a member at another site and all I kept seeing them do is post information from other sites and take claim for it. I found this site from talking to other fanatasy footballers and I have been very happy.

I'm actually working on a site to cover this need, located at www.ffindex.com. All that you can see is the main page with my mission statement on it, but I have about 80% of the site completed on my computer (I've added and changed some of the categories on the right)...once it's complete, I'll have everything published. I also plan on ranking the magazines, once I get ahold of several of them.

Hopefully I'll complete the site within a couple of weeks.

And I'm not saying this to suck up to the FBG message board users (I'm more of a regular at the Cafe, anyway), but FBG will definitely be recognized appropriately.

IMO here are the rankings:footballguys.com

[huge gap]

the rest

I've always been a little partial to yahoo :)
I have to plug Charles Robinson. Anyone whose read him over the past three years knows he was a fantasy doofus when he first started covering the topic. I suspect he got schooled in most his leagues and figured out there was a little more to this hobby than being an NFL fan (or writer). Progressively last season he seemed to start getting it. His offseason coverage has been above average so far. Of course, he'll hype a headline, but the guy has done a nice job using the Yahoo! cred to build league contacts and he's covering fantasy topics like someone who actually knows the game... which is a big improvement for Yahoo.

This isn't the only site I visit, but to rank footballguys at only #5 is a crime. I can't think of four that are better.

FFMastermind is okay, but not certainly the best. That's like claiming Clinton Portis is the clear #1 overall pick this year. Sure, he's a good player but I can think of a few that are definitely better.

You mean terminally ill?

Something can be chronic (long-lasting) without being terminal (the cause of death).
