This is a spreadsheet that I've used the last two years to track my team's matchups, figure out who to drop, who to pickup, etc. It also preserves each season's team stats per week in case I ever want to go back and look.

If you're interested, download it and enter your player names in the Player column of the first tab.
NOTE: Don't edit other worksheets or fields unless you know how to work with the formulas. Also, don't edit data in the "PlayersList" tab, which is the raw SportsLine data.
Second Note: The data has to be updated every week (points against, weekly scores, updated YTD average), but I'll be putting the latest version on that website each Tuesday, potentially with new features that have been added.
This tracks for each of your players:
1. Average Targets/Receptions, Attempts/Completions, and Rushes per Player
2. Average points against for each matchup - tailored to each position. For instance, when you type in Johnson, Larry in the Player field, his entire schedule populates with his opponents and how many points they give up to RBs on average. It factors in last year (20%) and the first three weeks of 2007 (80%). It also colors the "Sts" field red, yellow or green based on matchup.
3. Projected weekly average fantasy points
4. Actual weekly average fantasy points
4. Weekly score per player in your league
5. Your total bench and starter scores per week (you have to enter a "S" and "B" for those players in the weekly stats section).
6. A slew of other data

If you have questions about a field in the tracker (Weekly Tracker tab), scroll to the bottom and there is a legend with explanations.
