Instagram on a laptop? (1 Viewer)

So I'm still in the dark ages and just have an old laptop and my phone is not a smart one.... So is there a way to get instagram with just an old laptop? And upgrading or such is not an option. Not into techie toys and stuff to spend more $ than I have to on it.

You can create an account at instagram.com, but I don't think you can post pictures there. You have to have an app to do that. You can see the feed of people you follow online though.

No kidding dudes. The google one says I don't have any devices... and I don't have itunes on a dell laptop for the other download. Was looking for a work around....

How does one get an app on a dell laptop to do it? I was thinking there must be a website somewhere for a work around these requirements?

Install blue stacks on your laptop. It allows you to boot an android virtual machine. Then you have access to the Google Play Market to install whatever you want. Wala!

Here's a wikihow of how to use blue stacks that Bucks talked about (method 2)...

I tried this actually and it messed up my computer for some reason. I had to reset it back to what it was 3 days ago.

Hmm, it works well on a mini Win7 PC I have connected to my TV to run as an HTPC. I use it for the Show Box app and it runs well.

If you just want to view others pics then just borrow someones smartphone or tablet to create an account. Then from your PC browser you can go to instagram.com or several other 3rd party sites to login and view instagram feeds. I use gramfeed.com and the wife uses websta.me to audit the kids activity.

Thanks. Seems like that's the only thing that will work. Everything else I've tried either didn't or messed up my computer. I have windows 7.
