I disagree--there will always be an element of luck involved. Making what seems like good decisions doesn't always definitely end up with the most positive results. Many people make good decisions but rarely get the benefit of good results. However--all you can do is put yourself in situations that give you the best chances of these results--and if you are lucky--more often than not--these good decisions will end up with positive results. I don't believe that the entire world is purely alogrithyms--I firmly believe that there is "magic" involved with things. I guess that makes me a bit of a dreamer--but I've certainly been labelled worse things.If that is the case, it is no longer "luck" you are talking about.
