Though this one is toeing the line of an advice request, I'm going to leave this one in the main forum to see if there's any interest in comparing and contrasting these two guys.
They're both in the same tier (low LB1) for me -- Morrison's a more consistent tackler, Tatupu may prove to be a more consistent big play option -- so the upgrade would be marginal, depending on the league's scoring system.

Ironic, someone in my dynasty league has had both since day 1. Morrison was better initially but Lofa caught up and they are both very very good. Hard to split hairs but I think Morrison is more athletic while Lofa is more cagey.
