I don't think he's done as a fantasy option, see T. Jones. While he's pretty evidently done as a fantasy weapon, I don't think he could have landed in a better situation to extend his career.
If you are having to rely on starting LT then your season is kaput and your team has taken some brutal injuries.I don't think he's done as a fantasy option, see T. Not really. If LT is on the waiver wire there is a reason for it. If you are to the point in your season where you have to start LT consistently week in and out then you have major problems with your team. If you have to start LT even in a bye week scenario then you are basically praying that he produces a little something but he will not win you the week. For the most part you dont regularly start a 2nd string RB that has a ton of miles on his legs and expect your team to be good.If you are having to rely on starting LT then your season is kaput and your team has taken some brutal injuries.I don't think he's done as a fantasy option, see T. Seems like a weird comment to me.
You don't have to have major problems with you TEAM - you could have a fully stocked TEAM with a slight issue at RB2 or RB3 if you have that issue, like you might in the FBG Challange....... Maybe you have Cedric Benson at RB2 a little dinged up or heck like last year "resting"!!!!, then you have LT going against the worst run D in the league....Not really. Wasn't Miles Austin on a lot of WWs last year (most likely redraft and keepers)? You never know what you are going to get...I had a killer team in a FBG Raleigh-area Keep 3 league, but Jerome Harrison (who had been picked up and dropped multiple times throughout the season), absoultely clinched the title for me. Sometimes you just need a good week or two to take you far, but to dicount LT (whether he is fried or not), behind that line, is very risky. Not really. Exactly! LT is no worse than Thomas Jones and Jones had a lot of yards and points. If the Jet OL stays healthy like last year LT will be a better option than people think. However, they did lose their guard and it is likely someone will get injured.Any RB who might start at some point for the Jets has FF potential.LT isn't a great NFL running back anymore, but neither was Thomas Jones last year. It doesn't matter. Any RB who starts for the Jets will get numbers. If Shonn Greene gets injured and LT starts a few games, he'll be a good FF option.
there's a few of these floating around.Suprised no one has bumped this yet, there was lots of good stuff in here
But, NOTHING as good as this thread. A bunch of know-it-alls spouting trash in this 20 page thread. Just goes to show you...........there are A LOT of fantasy footballers whom THINK they know a lot more than they ACTUALLY do.Banger said:there's a few of these floating around.Pantherz said:Suprised no one has bumped this yet, there was lots of good stuff in here

good call maurile lol if shonn greene were all of a sudden out for the season, LT would a top 3 RB in the leaguebicycle_seat_sniffer said:this is itAny RB who might start at some point for the Jets has FF potential.LT isn't a great NFL running back anymore, but neither was Thomas Jones last year. Maybe, it was Buffalo people, most NFL Rbs would look good against themLT is healthy and looks good.lol if shonn greene were all of a sudden out for the season, LT would a top 3 RB in the leaguebicycle_seat_sniffer said:this is itAny RB who might start at some point for the Jets has FF potential.LT isn't a great NFL running back anymore, but neither was Thomas Jones last year. Going to beat my chest a little here thank you very much.LT needs to look good in practice at this point in his career? I don't read anything the Post has to say. It's NY they sell papers. All answers will be found on the field. I think LT will have a bounce back season....a swan song if you will. One more for the future HOF behind the best OL in the league. If he can't...then yes...he is really done. He looked like toast last season...but that line in SD was a disgrace in the run blocking department. He was getting hit so early and often last season it was really hard to gauge a lot. This is it for LT2 and I like his chances at making a big impact for the Jets.
