Is there a registry of Dynasty League Scam Artists? (1 Viewer)

I'm wondering if there's a list of known offenders out there that have been guilty of (or strongly suspected of) unsavoury behaviour.  In particular I'm talking about people taking over multiple teams in a start up and building them all up as win now contenders in order to "self-collude" their way to an easy payday before abandoning the league in subsequent years (leaving one or many teams in total disrepair in the process).  This could also include trading amongst those teams in season to pad their chances of collecting as much of the prize money as possible.  This is not confirmed in one of my leagues, but I have some suspicions.  If there's a list of shady email addresses or owners out there, that could help out them before things go too far.
