Is there any way to access deleted YouTube videos? (1 Viewer)

I suspect the poster of the video and the folks at YouTube could access it.   Do I dare ask what it is you are looking for?

I was once asked why I wasted space on my device downloading stuff.  I told him because there is no guarantee that it will still be there tomorrow.

All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

I heard once it's on the interwebz it is out there forever so I assume you can get the videos back.

I believe I have located the original youtube link.

Doesn't work in the wayback machine though.

Depends on a few factors, like how long it was up, what user/channel it was uploaded by, and how many views it had. If it was only up a few hours on some nobody's feed, it would take serious effort. But if it was up a few weeks and got some views, chances are favorable a layman could do it.

I was just watching a video about a video game cheater, guy posted a bunch of world-record speed-runs but someone caught a glitch in one. Cheater deleted all his youtube uploads as soon as he got questioned. But there's a backup/mirror and a way to download them. All the deleted videos were accessible and were used to discredit all his high scores. There were even clips of the deleted videos highlighting all the cheats and edits he made.
