Is your rookie draft a snake draft? (1 Viewer)

If you are in a dynasty league with a rookie draft, do you use the same draft order each round (so that the team that picks first also has the first pick of the second round) or a snake draft (so that the team that picks first overall has the last pick of the second round)? Or something else?

We do a random draw for each pick, so everybody has the same chance of getting a good pick. Was funny this year how the person who won our pool last year got rookie picks 1.1 and 1.2, and the person who came last last year didn't even get a pick in the first 2 rounds of the draft. Just how the cookie crumbles sometimes.

If the draft order isn't the same each round then the teams that finished in the bottom half of the league are at a major disadvantage.

i'm guessing the OP is making a poll to "prove" to his leaguemates that they need to switch to the only fair way to do rook drafts
