I actually wrote a poem in the style of Twas the Night Before Christmas last year the day before the league opener talking about each team in our league. Everyone in the league loved it, so much so that I better start working on this years.

Have never been a fan of the opener on Thrsday. Opening Sunday USED to feel like X-mas morning and Thursday nite took a little bit of magic away from that.

Even though I get to see my Vikings early this year, it just doesn't feel the same as when all of the games started on Sunday.

My favorite day of the dear is actually Tuesday morning after kickoff weekend, when the Shark Pool is covered with floaters, defeated noobs who thought that spending a summer in the Shark Pool meant all their teams were invincible. Injuries and eggs laid, they come licking their wounds and cursing the heavens. HOW? WHY? WAHHH!!!

I've gone 0-1 in many leagues many times. It's just one game.
