I drafted Watkins, Michael Floyd and Josh Gordon at WR. I feel like I can ride Crief and Coleman into the playoffs but I don't have a lot of wiggle room.

He said he'll do Evans for Reed and one of Ware, L Miller or Gurley and I'd lean toward Gurley.

I'd do it.  Evans is a gamechanger.  Gurley is expendable at this point

I'd take the trade too.  Gurley should keep doing what he has been doing so far this year, except for week 16 - against the 49ers.  So you might want to take that into consideration.
