Jake seems done in DEN but could he gain value where he goes next? Det? Min? Other options? How do you guys see his future as a fantasy QB.

I think his value will be as a stop gap year or two starter somewhere. See John Kitna or Aaron Brooks. Depending on the depth of your league worth a roster spot. Should be a decent fantasy back-up/bye week option.

I think it depends on who drafts what QB. OAK could be a spot he could land, if they don't draft a QB. CLE (competition for Frye)?HOU (if Carr is not the man, Kubiak knows Jake)?TB (if Simms doesn't resign)?BAL (if McNair retires)?JAX (if Lefty is gone)? As you can see a few QB's spots could change in the offseason...

Plenty of teams with possible QBs on thier minds. Question is, will Jake be able to produce (unlike this year) ?

depends on coaching. I think Jake possesses a unique skill set, in that he is best outside the pocket. For jake to be effective, he needs an offense tailor made for him, similar to what he had in Denver. I don't know if any team will be willing to change the basics of what they do to feature Jake after this season. I think Jake could thrive as a back-up to a scrambling QB type of team, where they have plays similar to what Jake is good at already. Also, Jake is now a WCO QB, so he would be best suited for a team running this offense. Atlanta, Philly, Houston, and possibly Green Bay all strike me as the most likely destination.

My guess: He'll have next to no value as McNabb's backup in Philly, unless McNabb gets sidelined again, which would cause Philly fans to commit mass suicide.

Any team that is bad off enough to bring him in as the starter will likely have a poor offense and make him one of the bottom 10-15 fantasy QB. Plummer's dynasty value is headed toward Trent Dilfer-land.

I wouldn't be surprised if Gruden takes a long look at him, if the price isn't too high. Kinda how he did with Jeff Garcia a few years ago.

Maybe Plummer wouldn't be accurate enough for Gruden's taste, I don't know.
