No official link, but the post originator is the webmaster at SaintsReport.com and the "SaintRob" referred to goes to almost all Saint TC practices and posts info/pics, so this info is legit:

SaintRob just called me from training camp and told me that OT Jammal Brown was just carted off the field. He said that he didn't know what the injury was.. only that Brown was holding one arm up in the air.

Man... this is the last thing I wanted to hear. Hopefully it isn't too serious.

Ok... Rob just told me that MSSaintsfan talked to a trainer after practice, and the trainer told him that he thinks that it was only a strain or cramp.

That's good news for the Saints. The offensive line would be terrible without him anchoring the left tackle spot. They have enough question marks as it is at right tackle.
