I'm not a big fan of being the guy to defend Harrison here, but this story is way overblown. This would be a big story if this was a tv or radio interview, or a reporter sat down and interviewed Harrison for an hour or 2. But that's not what happened. Heard on the radio this weekend that the magazine reporter was with Harrison basiscally 24/7 for 2 or 3 days, when he was doing this story. It's a virtual certainty that any athlete that is with a reporter/writer for that length of time is going to get into a comfort zone and let a few things slip. My biggest question is wtf was Harrison's agent doing when the magazine suggested doing the photo shoot of Harrison and with his guns.
