James Harrison calls the Commish a "Devil... (1 Viewer)

There are a lot of things that are detrimental to the image of the league --- practice facilities collapsing and injuring people for example. Booting fans from stadiums for signs critical of their team for another example. Those things don't get punished.
I love it when you get mad at Danny the Dwarf.

I'm not a big fan of being the guy to defend Harrison here, but this story is way overblown. This would be a big story if this was a tv or radio interview, or a reporter sat down and interviewed Harrison for an hour or 2. But that's not what happened.

Heard on the radio this weekend that the magazine reporter was with Harrison basiscally 24/7 for 2 or 3 days, when he was doing this story. It's a virtual certainty that any athlete that is with a reporter/writer for that length of time is going to get into a comfort zone and let a few things slip.

My biggest question is wtf was Harrison's agent doing when the magazine suggested doing the photo shoot of Harrison and with his guns.

Basically, it's ok b/c Harrison was dumb enough to think he's so important that he should have his own personal reporter hanging around for a few days. Then, once that was happening, he was even dumber still and ran off at the mouth with no filter?I get what (I think) you're saying, but I think it's even worse, actually. Rather than answering a direct question (ie. "How do you feel about Ben's SB INT?") he basically was just spouting off for a few days b/c he felt chummy with the reporter. IDK, either way the only defense seems to be that Harrison is a total ####### idiot. lol

I'm just spitballing here, but I don't think this was intentional. As opposed to James Harrison's comments. But by all means, keep grasping for those straws.

it would be good if harrison retired from football and stopped doing roids and lifting and sees how it suits him and maybe he will calm down and possibly enter the cloth and tell others about how he converted to faith from rage and help a bunch of kids to make up for his errant ways but still he is one heck of a tackler and that will get you playing time and big time money contract much like my main man Chuck round mound of rebound Barkely on TV despite being outspoken on issues of the day
