James Jones a good play? (1 Viewer)

With Driver possibly not playing and Nelson, Finley not playing is James Jones worthy of starting?
It depends on your other options but I wouldnt hesitate to start him (this week). Especially since we dont know which Greg Jennings is going to show up week in and week out.

found it on the players news

Packers | Driver misses practice Thursday Thu Nov 5, 04:34 PM

Pete Dougherty, of the Green Bay Press-Gazette, reports Green Bay Packers WR Donald Driver (neck) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 5. It is not known if he will be able to practice Friday, Nov. 6. His status for Week 9 is uncertain but likely will play if medically cleared.

Weird. Here is what is on his player page.

Wed Nov 4, 5:27 PM] Donald Driver did not practice on Wednesday.

[Mon Nov 2, 1:17 PM] Driver suffered a ding to his shoulder on Sunday, but returned to action shortly thereafter. The injury doesn't appear to be serious at first blush.

Any Pack homers have any good information on this? Seems like GB signing a PS WR might indicate they dont feel confident in driver...making me think Jones against TB's D isn't a bad call at all.

Driver did practice Friday.

While some think the PS signing was because of him, it could also be because of their 4th WR Allen hurt a quad at Thursday's practice.

Not sure how much value at this point. Weather is calling for 20-25mph gusts in Tampa tomorrow and the Bucs have a terrible run defense...I expect a healthy does of Grant tomorrow.

:jawdrop:

Was on the fence between him, Jacoby Jones, and Nate Washington.

Went with Washington because he was ranked highest. :goodposting:
