Jason Babin and Laurinaitis (1 Viewer)

Just curious what others think moving forward on these two.

Babin finally lived up to the hype coming out of college. Can he keep it up? Will he get reps with the deep DE position in TEN?

Laurinaitis was a guy I was heavily trying to get this year based on rookie year. He kind of crapped the bed in my mind anyway since he finished 18th in scoring and I was thinking top 5. Should I get used to top 20 or can we expect some resurgence?

Laurinaitis was a beast as a rookie, but I think that can be partially attributed to the inept St. Louis offense last season. Bradford has changed that, and I think low end LB2 production is a better reflection of his talent level.

Laurinaitis owner here and the one thing I have become very disapointed with is the scorekeeping (stats awarded) in SL. Given he plays 1/2 his games there and recieves about zero assists/game.

Laurinaitis' ranking was mostly based on expected opportunity (for me, anyway). I thought he'd see top five tackle opportunity and potentially better his 102 solo tackle season last year. 92 solos (plus whatever he puts up tomorrow) and three sacks isn't a bad season, however. I think next year is the flex point. The Rams are likely to have similar opportunity and likely to improve the OLB spots. If Laurinaitis still approaches 100 solos, he's a clear LB1. If he settles into the 90-96 solo range, he's a LB2.I've been slow to get on board with Jason Babin, but he's clearly thrived in a rotational 4-3 role. He's a free agent, however, so his 2011 role isn't clear. If he stays in Tennessee and stays in form, he has to be considered a DE2+ minimum. If he moves into an every-down role, in Tennessee or elsewhere, there's Stylez White, Dewayne White, Antwan Odom concerns with his consistency and durability.

In 16 career home games he has a grand total of 7 assists. Mayo, for comparison, had 40 in his 8 home games this season. If James had the customary 35-40 assists that other LB are credited with than his numbers would look alot different.
