Same thing I'll say about most double digit spreads...this year they've been hitting for the favorites, think they were something like 8-0 at one point

I feel like the Ravens (despite winning 4 straight) haven't really found their footing yet. They struggled against the Vikings and Browns, and probably would have lost both games if either of those teams had better QB play (probably even just if Gabriel hadn't gotten hurt)
I don't really understand why the Ravens don't use Hopkins more. Even with Bateman out, he's not really part of the offense, and I think that is just making it harder for Lamar. Jets 2 best defenders are playing for other teams now, so its a good matchup for the Ravens offense, but its certainly a game I could see being too many FGs.
I think the Jets get a small, short-term boost from Tyrod, I could even see them grabbing an early lead, but I don't think this is an upset type of game.

If he’s not a threat to run, he’s basically Bryce Young.
He's showing me when he can't be an elite athlete from the pocket he kind of sucks, despite some people pushing he'd become a good pocket QB and one of the better passers in the game.
This makes me of the mindset that he''s not going to age so great and I'll be looking for a good exit after the season.

I've mostly been watching RedZone vs the Quad Box like usual, actually enjoying just RedZone on the whole TV and music streaming, no sound from the NFL

Good point but if they don't start making first downs and extending drives they're only get off about 30-40 today at the rate they're going
I wonder what the Jets are thinking about right now...do they know how bad they are? The Head Coach is questionable based on earlier decisions this season...he might play a role in the 4th Q with time management and he also appears like a coach who would address the media after the game with "We've never seen anything like that happen, we were caught off guard"

The only thing going for BAL on the bigger playoff picture stage would be how mediocre the Bills, Chiefs and Steelers have looked at times this season. That, and combined with an idea that the Big Dogs in the AFC (Broncos,Pats,Colts) don't exactly have a playoff track record. If Lamar could right his ship health wise....I wouldn't think Baltimore would be scared having to play at any of those three places in the playoffs.
That didn't feel like a wake up...big penalty but still felt pretty flat

metchie looks serviceable. it’s really hard to tell about any of these guys without a pro qb roostered. their game plan is so awful.
also, i really don’t get glenn. 0-0, 2nd possession of the game, on the road, against a superior team and you are going nowhere. 3rd and 7 at the Balt 44, you run Davis for 2 yards. 4th and 5 at the 42, no FG attempt which i get, but go for it there. jeez. he plays like they are 8-1. but then, 2nd half, down 10-7, 3rd and 4 at your own 40 you run Davis for 2 to your 42. then you go on 4th and 2 on the negative 42? Balt takes the short field for a TD, up 17-7 and game time.
