Job interview advice.....Drug screen negative Update on page 16 (2 Viewers)

If you mean my concern about the likelihood of you committing violent crimes, yeah, I guess so.
I know this pointless it I have to ask...

If you genuinely thought a person was unstable and capable of violence why do you choose to antagonize that person at every oppurtunity?

With that big old heart of yours wouldn't you worry that antagonizing a stranger on the internet could constribute to another person being hurt by the psychopath in question?

How can this guy even say any of this ####, and not know to 1. Wear a suit to an interview 2. Wonder where to buy a suit

"Our money is fiat".  "Can anyone help me find a job on Craigslist?"  "I got the job, can anyone help me beat a drug test?"

America really is amazing.
To be fair, most Constitutional scholars don't do well in the real world.

If there was a definitive example of a sociopathic statement ...that would be it.

All it needs are magazine cut-out letters.

Why do you pay any mind (see what I did there?) to such posts? Just focus on being the best that you can be at your new job, and in life. That's all we can do.
Because I can't stand ignorance. It's just part of my personality to challenge it. I know it's in my best interest to just ignore it , I often try very hard to, but once I start feeling apathetic enough to look the other way I start feeling bad for the person I'm trying to ignore.

That leads to me feeling like i Ike I have a duty to at least try to educate them. That usually fails and then I start thinking about the droves of people blissfully skipping through a manufactured dreamscape and I get depressed because I feel like I failed.

You do realise some people are just stringing you along. To me that's a waste of time and energy to even respond to. You know whose got your back and who doesn't by now.

I've thought about that.....but then I realize I can't really be sure what is real and what isn't so I cover my bases and I try to do the right thing.....no matter how much my mind is telling my heart to stop, so that I know I at least tried.

Someone already said it better than I ever could.....

The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts, while the stupid ones are full of confidence.

How does it feel living in the fantasy world they created for you?
To your credit, you created the fantasy world you live in.  So congrats?

I'd love to hear more about your views on the legality of income tax. What else is "illegal" that everyone else thinks is legal?

The government as a whole is pretty much illegal since the people supposedly elected were not chosen by the voters. The last time the US was represented by a valid government was the days of Andrew Jackson.

Just to be clear here are you calling the 12th amendment illegal, the electoral college illegal or something else?

Congrats on the job.

Thank you.

Yes it's invalid but it doesn't really matter what supposed rules they instill on voting. They will always just put whichever puppet they want in charge and use propoganda to make the citizens think they have some say. It's a shadow government.

That can at least be proven very easily going back to the 60s when they murdered JFK for trying to take the money supply away from the central bankers. It's as plain as day that was a coup and we are currently run by a rogue government.

I don't need to. Everyone knows about it.

You can read it for yourself right there. You do know what happened in 1913 don't you?
This will be the last one from me on inflation, but we've undershot the Fed's 2% inflation metric for 5 years... I wouldn't consider that runaway inflation

Good luck on the job, I wouldn't strain myself thinking about economic data though if I was you.

Class B drivers don't haul tractor trailers. Class B can operate vehicles up to 26,001 pounds.
A single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 lbs. or heavier.

AND/OR

Any vehicle as described above that is towing another vehicle weighing UP TO 10,000 lbs.

.

Now that you got your piss test taken care of, may want to brush up on CDL regs...

There are no American made auto parts anymore.
Wrong. Many auto parts are made all over the US, especially near an auto manufacturing plant...like the GM plant in Arlington, TX.

Ah ha! Well I guess I'll be picking up stuff there.
Maybe, but you should hope not. That could be a high-pressure job. Logistics companies that deliver JIT parts directly to auto plants get big fines for late deliveries...like $10k per minute if it stops their assembly line. Don't screw up!

I think it's more likely I would be picking up from the plant. The company I'll be working for delivers to auto shops and dealerships.

Actually I'm pretty sure only the trailer drivers will be picking up from plants for transfer to the warehouse. I will be taking out smaller loads from there.

I don't think you know what truth is.
It was six men of Indostan,
To learning much inclined,
Who went to see the Elephant
(Though all of them were blind),
That each by observation
Might satisfy his mind.

The First approach'd the Elephant,
And happening to fall
Against his broad and sturdy side,
At once began to bawl:
"God bless me! but the Elephant
Is very like a wall!"

The Second, feeling of the tusk,
Cried, -"Ho! what have we here
So very round and smooth and sharp?
To me 'tis mighty clear,
This wonder of an Elephant
Is very like a spear!"

The Third approach'd the animal,
And happening to take
The squirming trunk within his hands,
Thus boldly up and spake:
"I see," -quoth he- "the Elephant
Is very like a snake!"

The Fourth reached out an eager hand,
And felt about the knee:
"What most this wondrous beast is like
Is mighty plain," -quoth he,-
"'Tis clear enough the Elephant
Is very like a tree!"

The Fifth, who chanced to touch the ear,
Said- "E'en the blindest man
Can tell what this resembles most;
Deny the fact who can,
This marvel of an Elephant
Is very like a fan!"

The Sixth no sooner had begun
About the beast to grope,
Then, seizing on the swinging tail
That fell within his scope,
"I see," -quoth he,- "the Elephant
Is very like a rope!"
And so these men of Indostan
Disputed loud and long,
Each in his own opinion
Exceeding stiff and strong,
Though each was partly in the right,
And all were in the wrong!
