Jerome Baker first in line to replace him, with Schwesinger as the other inside LB?

In light of this, if you had to choose between Baker and Payton Wilson for your 5th and final keeper LB in a tackle heavy league, who would you choose?

Easily Wilson. Baker has been with 3 different teams in just over a year and 2 signed and let go pretty quick.

I would not trust him too far. He feels so replaceable now. Bush or Diabete stand great chance to start.

Bush has been serviceable the last couple years... but he looks like a JAG.

I mean, you can keep kicking that horse, but I don't think it is getting up. The expectations going into and after his rookie season seem like a very long time ago.

CLE signed Bush to a one year deal last year, and he was re-signed to a one year 3.5 mill deal this year, so unlikely anyone thought much of him.

Diabate was clearly ahead of Bush last year, and considering that Jerome Baker is on his 3rd team since Jan 2024, and signed for peanuts, I am starting to think Diabate is pretty clearly LB2. And if Schweisenger isn't ready for 3-down work right off the bat--which is a fair expectation--Diabate may be a 90% guy most of the year.






I'm sweet on Diabetes this year, that's what I'm saying.
