Keenan + Evans vs Fournette + Njoku (1 Viewer)

Tough decision forced by league's lineup constraints.  Start Keenan and Evans (both with tough match-ups on paper) or Fournette and Njoku (with easier match-ups but recent under-performance).  League has partial PPR scoring (0.2 ppr) with boosted TE points (double points for receptions and 7 yds/point).  Thoughts and opinions appreciated!
