Seems easy on paper, but is Bell worth so much more than Howard that you'd give up your 2nd rd pick?

I'm not a fan of Howard, but hard to argue against giving up a 15th rounder for a potential RB1. Bell is great but has known to be an injury risk. Big Ben is getting older, blah, blah. There's no wrong move here and it would be very difficult for me to pass on Bell, but the potential to grab another decent RB or a WR1 at that slot might be too tempting to pass on. If you're holding a gun to my head, it's Bell. If I know the gun is empty, I'm probably taking a chance with Howard. Clear as mud?

Think of it this way--what would I get instead?
What would you get in the 2nd round? Pretty good player, right? So you would be pairing Howard with a pretty good player.
What would you get in the 15th round? Pretty crummy player, right? So you would be pairing Bell with a pretty crummy player.
Which do you prefer? Howard and a pretty good player, or Bell and a pretty crummy player? I keep Howard.
