Christian Kirk, Juwan Johnson, Gerald Everett or Eli Mitchell? 

14 team PPR. Realizing these guys may have hit their ceilings in Wk 1 but some may sustain more reps/targets than White overall. 

In slight need of a backup TE for Waller as I have no reserves there. 

Higher need for RB depth which is why I drafted White. Rostered Carson and Williams but both have same bye week 9. 

Throwing in Kirk just because he's the slot in a high powered offense. Could be worth trade bait down the road...?

Depending on your team i would take kirk.  High ceiling every week with a good floor

Other WRs are Aiyuk, Cooks, Anderson and Pittman Jr. So they're not so great esp with Aiyuk and Pittman hitting the floor this week.

Don't worry about Aiyuk or Pittman yet.  It's one game.

I would drop White for Mitchell.  Kirk has done this before.  He always has a game or two like that.  It won't continue and I think Moore will get more involved as the season goes along.

White for Mitchell would be the only person I would drop him for. I think Kirk is boom or bust and will come back down to earth moving forward. I would worry about a backup TE when Waller is on a bye.

Interesting you mention Moore. He's available too and FBG's analysis has him higher rated than Kirk moving forward. I love some slot guys though. My lack of trust in Shanny is probably making me overthink this...
