Have to choose between these two. Picking 6th in the draft, will likely have Evans, Green or Gurley as my best options in the 1st. This feels like a great year to try and go zero RB and I'm leaning Adams and snagging another top WR. Full PPR
I assume both players can be kept for the cost of a 12th round pick. I would go with Montgomery in this case. I think he will have a solid year and I think Adams takes a hit as his TD's come back down. Bennett and a healthy Cobb will cut into Adams TD chances.
I am not sure why you are associating Zero RB strategy with figuring out a keeper - especially for a 12th round pick. Typically that strategy is based on there being a lot more WR talent available early in a draft so you take the value at WR over the crapshoot of RB's in that same area of the draft. I don't think that comes into play trying to decide between keepers. I think Montgomery in the 12th would be a for sure easy keep if you are trying to associate that with the Zero RB theory.
