Assuming a 12 man standard league, I go Collins since RB's will be gone in a flash.
On the other hand, if you think you will be RB heavy in the first 2-3 rounds then Ertz is still great value at that spot.
Without knowing who will be available it's hard to answer.
So bottom line is what do you expect your picks to look like after the first 2 rounds? Answer that then decide which player you will need more.
