In both of my leagues (one is a 10 man league - the other 12) the 12th round is your "keeper round"
You can keep whoever you select in that round for up to 4 years at the price of your last round pick.
Obviously in that round there is a strategy shift to taking younger or unrealized talent.
The best rookies will already be taken... what kinds of "deep sleeper" type players might you target in the 12th round that aren't getting talked about or in some cases even drafted at all? I suppose 2nd and 3rd year players that haven't made the leap could be candidates also
