1 PPR, 12 teams 18 roster spots, $120 budget.

Total Starters:10 (QB: 1, RB: 2-4, WR: 2-4, TE: 1-3, Flex:2, PK, D)

League is very much a studs and scrubs. We keep two players for one year at last year's prices. My best options are:

McCaffrey at $28, JuJu at $1, and M. Goodwin at $1.

My initial thoughts are JuJu and McCaffrey. Thoughts?

Seems like solid choices with Juju and CMac. Are those your best players though?

I think I would go with JuJu and Goodwin and use that $28 somewhere else then going with McCaffrey.  It gives you more flexibility.  Spending almost 25% of your budget on McCaffrey doesn't seem like good value.  What do top players usually go for?

the three I listed are my best keepers. I kept Zeke and Howard last year so they're not eligible. The rest are RB/WR3's and greater. Not bothering with either of my QB options as keepers.

JuJu is a no-brainer at $1. Your second spot is more complicated. I'd personally be inclined to keep Goodwin at $1 and take my chances. I couldn't argue against McCaffrey at $28 based on the info given, though. Keeping Goodwin improves your potential (pre-auction) but McCaffrey is a solid known commodity at that price. 

Honestly, so long as you keep JuJu you can't go wrong either way on the second keeper I think. Goodwin could definitely work out better for you but it's a gamble whereas McCaffrey is a reasonably sure thing.
